The Quaid brother with a face made for radio has appeared in everything from comedy gold mines (Christmas Vacation, Kingpin) to acclaimed maudlin dramas (The Last Picture Show, Brokeback Mountain) to crowd-pleasing, big-budget nonsense (Days of Thunder, Independence Day).
